Job Description
- Develop and expand the market according to assigned sales routes.
- Ensure allocated sales targets are met.
- Build relationships with customers.
- Implement pricing, promotional programs, product designs, etc., accurately and comprehensively for the responsible dealers.
- Handle any arising issues with customers and the company throughout the working process.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduated from a vocational school or higher in any major.
- Sales experience: At least 1 year (preferred candidates with experience in electrical, plumbing, or hardware sales).
- Friendly, cheerful personality with a strong sense of responsibility.
Income
- Earnings when achieving 100% KPI: 10 – 30 million VND.
- Income is calculated based on KPI achievement percentage.
- Fixed salary is not dependent on sales performance.
